The buttons in the bar from Welcome to Survey are modules of eInsight.

Survey is a questionnaire/satisfaction module which can be customized for your property to conduct post-departure surveys, surveys on your website, surveys that send to meeting planners in your DELPHI database, or just about any other type of Web Form survey or questionnaire.
